Terms and Conditions

Zone 1 - Charities & Community Groups 

  • Access for setting up will be available between 07.45 - 08.45 and 10.00 - 11.00. Please note that no vehicle will be able to move on the site between 08.45 and 10.00 whilst the weekly park run is occurring.
  • Clearing up will be from 16.30. You may not start packing up before 16.30.
  • Please take all your rubbish with you at the end of the day.
  • You will be able to choose between three space sizes. (see below).
  • You are required to place a gazebo on this space.
  • Please bring all your own equipment (including a gazebo) with you.
  • You will not be able to keep your vehicle with you during the event, but will be able to bring the vehicle on site for drop off purposes (before 11.00) providing the ground is not too soft. (Weather dependent).
  • Please ensure you have prepared a Risk Assessment and have sent it to communication@soireerotaryclub.com at least 10 days before the event.
  • Please note, if you are providing any food on your stall such as cakes, all ingredients and allergens much be listed and displayed.
  • We will initially confirm your place and send you an invoice. Approximately 10 -14 days before the event we will write with final details.

  • If you need to cancel, this must be done in writing to communication@soireerotaryclub.com. Once your booking has been accepted and you have been invoiced we will expect your organisation to be attending and your booking is a legal contract. If you cancel less than 5 days before the day of the event, you will not be refunded. Zone 6 craft table top bookings may be cancelled and will be refunded in full up 3 days before, only if poor weather is forecasted.  The organisers' decision regarding weather cancellation is final. For all other zones and categories if you cancel earlier than this we will retain a £10.00 administration fee. 

Surplus proceeds will go to the Brighton & Hove Soiree Rotary Settlement Registered Charity No. 1138898.
