The Rotary Family Festival supporting The Big Help Out Hove Park 2027, now in its fifth year, provides a great opportunity for your business to serve good food and drink to the people of Brighton & Hove at this popular festival.

Last year the food & drinks zone was extremely busy & we are expecting this to be the same this year, so don't delay in booking as last year we closed our Food and Drink zone bookings about six weeks before the event as it was fully booked.

We invite you, as a locally based food and drink business to be part of The Rotary Family Festival supporting The Big Help Out in Hove Park on Sunday 6th June 2027.

Just click the image to the left to go to the Booking Form.

We are also required to collect Food Hygiene information on behalf of Brighton & Hove City Council. This includes EVERYONE providing / selling food or drinks at the event, even cakes, sweets, soft drinks etc.

Please go to the dedicated Food Hygiene Information page to see the paperwork and provide us with the additional information that we will need, by clicking here IF YOU ARE PROVIDING ANY FOOD OR DRINK.

We have deliberately chosen the date to herald the beginning of National Volunteering Week: the ultimate aim of The Rotary Family Festival supporting The Big Help Out – promoting volunteering in our Brighton & Hove communities.

The Big Help out was initiated by King Charles III to promote volunteering in the UK, and, as a volunteer organisation, we wish to continue this vision.

This page (and the whole website) is being updated all the time so please bookmark it and return to it to see how we are getting along with our plans.

We hope to have many small business and craft stands, together with family fun activities including live music, a dog show, children’s games, food/drink vans, wellbeing hub and of course the charity stalls which are vital to this event.

We will advertise the event on TV, radio, papers, local magazines, and of course widely on social media.

We look forward to welcoming you at The Rotary Family Festival supporting The Big Help Out on Sunday 6th June 2027.
